Scrapbook Blinkie Tutorial
Follow along to make a blinkie in Photoshop CS. I made a basic scrapbook blinkie in just a few minutes. They’re used in scrapbooking forums in your signature and in the columns of blogs, too. A scrapbook blinkie is saved as an animated gif file. Inside the program, you create each frame of the animation, test it and save to your hard drive. To use it on the internet, you must save it to your website or to a free photo-sharing site. Then you can share it with your friends and use it to identify yourself anywhere!
