I live in the stone ages and do not have a smart phone, facebook, tweet, , twitter, blog, pinterest, etc., etc. those of us who only computer would love to be able to copy the patterns as I used to be able to do some months ago.

  The pdf download probably has the photo. Otherwise, you can right-click and save the photo to the same folder where you have the pattern.
